Please check out two pieces I wrote with teachers in mind.   "A Conversation with Paulette" is a transcript of an interview my publicist did with me when Come Join the Circle came out. It contains ideas about why I wrote the songs and students' reactions to them. "Commentary and Ideas" is a compilation of thoughts and ideas related to my use of the CD in classrooms.  There are descriptions of activities and ways to communicate the concepts in the songs to students.
